Finbarr Dowling is currently the Managing Director of Siemens Inverters in Congleton, Cheshire. With 400 people on site this facility is responsible for the R&D, Customer Service and Manufacture of Inverters. The facility includes Surface Mount & Through Hole technologies. The business exports 98% of it’s product to 77 countries, worldwide. Finbarr joined the team in Congleton in February 2009, prior to this he has held senior management operational positions in both Manufacturing and Service businesses for Siemens in the UK over the past 15 years.
